Andrew Martineau is the Chief Creative Altruist / Partner of UniteUs Group and has been a pioneer in the South Florida advertising and communications industry for over two decades. He leads the vision for UniteUs Group, a creative solutions company, emphasizing the importance of being innovative and building notoriety, all with the goal of profitability and growth for clients and communities. He has worked as a creative for a host of local and multi-national advertising agencies including Saatchi & Saatchi and JWT. He has also played an integral role in the marketing departments of several established companies and start-ups in industries ranging from beauty products to the shopping center industry. Through the experience he has gathered in a range of business verticals, he has developed a unique skill set that combines the experience of an award-winning creative director, designer, publicist, event planner, sales director and marketing director that intimately understands every aspect of the marketing mix and can create and execute effective brand strategies from concept through to completion. |

Evan Snow (Cultural Crusader / CEO - Choose954)
Evan Snow is a local arts advocate, community builder, creative entrepreneur, and one of the proudest Broward natives you will ever meet. That pride has lead him to furthering the Choose954 social movement he created just a few short years ago to Cultivate Culture & Community in his native Broward County. Snow works diligently to create new initiatives for our community to highlight the local creatives he's built relationships with over the years that deserve to be showcased. These initiatives have included Art Fort Lauderdale - "The Art Fair On The Water", Fort Lauderdale Art & Design Week, The Choose954 Local Artist Discovery Series, AAF CreativeZen, & Zero Empty Spaces. He's also a founding board member of The 1000 Mermaids Artificial Reef Project & The Backpack Barber Foundation. Snow is extremely passionate about pursuing his passions while making his community a better place to live in & not just a better place to vacation. |

Frances Antonio-Martineau (Women's Advocate / Director, UniteUs Women)
Frances Antonio-Martineau is the Founder of the Fem Collective, Greater Fort Lauderdale Beer Week & FemAle Brew Fest; a pioneering craft beer festival in the country highlighting women in brewing. Frances is the Girls Pint Out Chapter Leader for Broward County. And is currently the Pink Boots Society Chapter Leader for all of Florida and has recently been elected to the Pink Boots Society National Board; where she will be taking on her new role beginning January 2021. Frances founded the Fem Collective in 2016 with the goal of building a network of female entrepreneurs in her local community. In 2017, she came up with the concept of FemAle Brew Fest which combines her mission for women empowerment and her love for craft beer. The FemAle Brew Fest has been recognized as one of the first craft beer festivals in the country to help promote more diversity within the industry; which has earned Frances numerous recognitions, including being named one of the recipients of the Brewers Association - 2020 Diversity and Inclusion Grant. |
